• Supply food items, household essentials, or related FMCG products of verifiable quality.
• Provide valid contact details, a business bank account, and agree to quality inspection on demand.
• Not be on any government watchlist or have pending food safety violations.

• Items must be fresh, unexpired, and within 70%+ of shelf life at time of delivery.
• Packaging must be clean, intact, and appropriately sealed.
• Quantities must match the assigned order exactly — no substitutions without admin approval.
• NAFDAC registration required for processed food items.
• Tynny-Mae reserves the right to conduct random quality checks at any time.

• Vendors receive their fulfilment list at least 48 hours before each pack-by deadline.
• All items must be packed and ready by the confirmed pack-by time.
• Shortfalls must be reported immediately via the vendor dashboard — not on dispatch day.
• Below 85% fulfilment over 2 consecutive cycles triggers a performance review.

• Pricing agreed at onboarding, reviewed quarterly. No mid-cycle price changes.
• Remittance within 3–7 business days of confirmed delivery.
• Platform fee of 8–12% per fulfilled order (confirmed at onboarding).
• All remittances to the registered bank account. Notify admin in writing of any changes.

• Performance tracked by: fulfilment rate, on-time rate, shortfall rate, complaint count.
• 90%+ fulfilment with zero complaints qualifies for Featured Vendor status.
• Vendors must not contact subscribers directly. All communication through Tynny-Mae admin.
• Subscriber data is strictly confidential.

Immediate suspension for: expired/adulterated goods, confidentiality breach, fraudulent quantities, or 3+ fulfilment failures in one quarter. Terminated vendors may reapply after 90 days.
